Burmese chickpea tofu tossed in chili tamarind sauce

Pyaa Jo Kyaw / Burmese Falafel


A dish of Bengali descent popular in Burma, made of grounded lentil, with spices,
onion, coriander and golden fried

Pyan Boo Palata / Creamed Corn with Paratha


Mashed corn cooked with curry powder, coconut cream, spring onions and chili
accompanied with flaky Burmese paratha
