If you have lost it/ misplaced it, you will need to apply for a duplicate copy with the

same details. In
case you need to revise certain details (like name change, address change etc), you can take the
opportunity to do it now when you apply for the duplicate PAN.

You can see the details of your PAN online (like DOB, name etc) and download the details, but the
actual PAN card with your picture and signature as such cannot be downloaded.

Sorry, But there is no such provision of downloading SOFT COPY of your Pan cardonline. But you
can do one thing that is use "KNOW YOUR PAN" service on Income tax website and input the details
as required then you can download the pan card and ward details. But that is also not much useful as
it will be not be accepted as any proof.

The procedure for re issue of pan card is similar to that of getting a new pan card. The
user can apply for pan card online by simply filling up the changes and correction form.
The list of documents required for pan card with the same PAN number are as listed below:

1. Proof of Identity
2. Proof of Address
3. Proof of Birth

You can apply for using duplicate copy of your pan card using Online PAN Card Application,
Correction in PAN Card, Lost PAN Card, PAN Card Status, F
