works, deliveries & supplies for (Project Name) as per requirement at site & as
per instruction/s given by (Company Name) at (Client Name) ______ - Project
site/s.

We M/s ______, do hereby acknowledge and confirm that we have claimed our
full and finial payment as INR (In words :- ____ Only) (In Figure:- ____) value
and it has been agreed as per site certification with all necessary deductions
agreed for the aforesaid order no. ______ including amendments if any, issued by
(Company Name) to our entire satisfaction and we further confirm that we
have No Claim whatsoever pending with (Company Name) under said contract.

Not with standing any protest recorded by us in any correspondence, documents,


measurement books and / or Final Bills etc. We waive all our rights to lodge any
claim or protest in future under this contract.

We also confirm that all dues related to my subcontractor against above contract
is already paid & settled. If any claims arise in the above contract (PO___),
(Vendor Name) shall settle the claim and there shall be no liability to
(Company Name).

We are issuing this NO DEMAND CERTIFICATE in favour of (Company

influence, misrepresentation, coercion etc.
