Christiano, an international football star, is the brand ambassador for a clothing

brand namely Nike. His contract with Nike is for a tenure of 5 years. During this
tenure period, he visited India on a personal vacation. While on this vacation he was
photographed attending a personal party wearing a T-shirt from a rival brand
namely, Reebok.
The picture was taken by a freelance photographer which was published in an
Indian daily and was subsequently published by the International newspapers in the
following days. Based on this news, Nike terminated Christianos contract for
breaching it and claimed damages for the same.
