SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, JEAN ANN L. GACAYAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
Junob, Dumaguete City; JOCELYN K. JANO, of legal age, Filipino, married and
a resident of Tinago, Dumaguete City; EDELIA F. PIERO, of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of Capitol Area, Dumaguete City; and CLORDIZA F.
GENEROSO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Lukewright,
Dumaguete City, hereby name, appoint and constitute CHARISSE JANINE LIM,
of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Bagacay, Dumaguete City, to be
our true and lawful attorney, to act on our behalf and in our name, to execute and
perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters, to wit:

1. To claim our Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) Identification


Cards.

2. To sign, execute, and receive whatever documents and/or papers to


effect with her power stated in this authorization pertinent to the above-
described authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set my hand this 3rd day of


February 2017 at Dumaguete City, Philippines.
