Dear NAME:

This is to notify you that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) was notified that illegal merchandise
was mailed to you through the Post Office at Denver, Colorado on February 30, 2015, from inbound DHL
package #9827519903500452431251 arriving from China.

Mdse. Description: (2) counterfeit/fraudulent State Drivers Licenses, with a domestic value of
$0.00 and (10) Innovera Mini-Calculators

The drivers licenses were subject to seizure and forfeiture pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1595a(c)(1)(A) in that
this property was and/or was attempted to be smuggled and/or clandestinely imported or introduced into
the United States. The recipients of these items are subject to seizure and forfeiture under 19 U.S.C.
1595a(a) in that this property was used in, aided in, and/or facilitated the unlawful importation/introduction
of the counterfeit/fraudulent drivers licenses. Specifically, the (10) calculators used to try to conceal the
drivers licenses from the CBP. However, the origin of the counterfeit/fraudulent State Drivers Licenses are
tied to cartel members who are operating within the United States and attempting to supply counterfeit
documents to illegal aliens. Because DHL package #9827519903500452431251 was claimed, the
recipients of these items are subject to all legal repercussions under 19 U.S.C. 1595a(g)(3)(A).
