Journal Week 1

In Sunday morning I went to Sama school at 7:15 its the first day for me in the school. The
woman who is working in HR welcomed us and she makes with us a short interview to know
some things about us. One of them took us a tour around the school and she said for other
teachers about us and what we are doing in the school. After that, the English coordinator
asked us to choose the grade level then, she took each one of us to her grade. I chose grade 1
section E. I attend the class at the second period and the student in this time has a quiz I was
observed them during it. In this week I just observe the teacher during science, math and
English class to know how she teaches the students and what she used to explain the lessons. I
didnt feel comfortable in the class because the students were very noisy the number of them is
huge which about 26 students and its tight I think that I cant move around them during
teaching them or giving the activities. In next week I will start teaching them a science lesson
and I will try to make for them a good reward system that helps me to control their noisy.
