Greetings!

Our client JINERYN GARCIA PARADO referred to us her legal problem

anent her motor vehicle bearing Plate No. ZRW 537, which she bought from
Ana Mae Monton Daping, duly notarized before the faith of Atty. Jun Fred
Parado, Docketed as Doc. No. 84; Page 17; Book No. XLII; Series of 2016.

According to our client, you borrowed the aforesaid vehicle and use the
same for-rent-a-car. After the transaction, you are oblige to pay the contract
price of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) per day and to
return the vehicle. When our client demanded you to return the vehicle, you
kept on promising her to wait. Lately, our client was informed that the said
vehicle is seen in the house of certain Badecao. When our client confronted
Mrs. Badecao, she said that you sold the vehicle to her. As such, DEMAND
is hereby given for you to RETURN the motor vehicle plus the income for
four (4) months on or before March 31, 2017 otherwise; we will be
constrained to file appropriate charges against you, if only to protect our
clients interest.

Be reminded if this case will reach the court of law, it would entail
inconveniences on your part not to mention the expenses and the
embarrassment accompanying the same, the assessment of attorneys fees
of 20% of the collectible amount, damages and the cost of litigation and
imprisonment.

This is not a sign of weakness but we opted to exhaust this out-of-court

remedy for you to pay your just and valid obligation to our client to avoid
court litigation and unnecessary expenses on your part. We hope to see you
clear on the matter.

Please give this matter your preferential attention. Thank you very much.

Truly Yours:
ATTY. ESTEBAN A. SOMNGI
