British code BS8110 has been followed for design

The SBC of the soil recommended is 150 KN/m2 at the foundation level approximately
2.75 m below existing ground level with a subgrade modulus of 18000
All foundation must rest on firm and virgin soil
Grade of concrete M35 N/mm2
Grade of steel Fe 420 N/mm2
Design Load considered:
The self-weight of structural elements will be calculated based on the geometry and material
densities. The following loads are considered while designing the structural elements as per
the codal norms.
Plain or mass concrete = 24.0 KN/m3
Other Loads considered for Design (SDL)
Floor finishes = 2 KN/m2
LIVE LOADS:
Rooms (Bedroom, Living, Dining, Kitchen) = 2.0 KN/m2
Toilets = 2.0 KN/m2
Staircase = 3.0 KN/m2
