One Way Anova Null Hypothesis (H) :-: Anova Sum of Squares DF Mean Square F Sig

The document presents the results of a one-way ANOVA test examining the relationship between employee age groups and quality of work-life balance. The null hypothesis is that there is no difference between age groups and the quality of work-life balance variable. The alternate hypothesis is that there is a difference. The ANOVA results show that for all factors examined - work hours, working from home, household work, supervisor attitude - the p-values are greater than 0.05, meaning the null hypothesis cannot be rejected. Therefore, the conclusion is that there is no significant difference between employee age groups and their perceptions of work-life balance.

Inference: from the table it is found that (work hours F = 0.513, p= 0.674, work from home F =
0.359, p= 0.783, excessive household work F= 0.374 , p= 0.772 , negative attitude of superior F
= 0.287, p= 0.869) the age group at 5% . Here f is greater than p value. So reject null hypothesis.
