RE: REQUEST FOR THE COLLECTION OF ONE PESO ON STUDENT/S OF THE


BONUAN BOQUIG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL WHO ARE LATE COMERS AND/OR
WEARING CIVILIANS DURING CLASS HOURS

WHEREAS, we Supreme Student Government requesting for the


collection of one peso per student that are coming within 15 minutes late in our
school and those who wear civilians during class hours.

WHEREAS, the purpose of the above-mentioned request is to have the


students of the Bonuan Boquig National High School more disciplined in terms of
entering the campus and attending classroom premises on time.

WHEREAS, the other purpose of the said request is to have the students be
more disciplined in terms of wearing the appropriate school uniform/s.

WHEREAS, the money that would be collected shall proceed in the fund of
the Supreme Student Government which will they use on their future projects for
the schools improvement.

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE SAID REQUEST SHALL BE


RELAYED AND DELIVERED WITH EARNEST HOPE THAT OUR BELOVED PRINCIPAL IV,
SIR MEDARLO V. DE LEON, SHALL GRANT IT.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT UPON ITS APPROVAL, THE SUPREME


STUDENT GOVERNMENT shall continue their duty in terms of discipline towards their
fellow students.
