Attitudes Towards Homosexuality

Dear Participant,

You are invited to participate in a survey, entitled Attitudes Towards Homosexuality.

The study is being conducted by Rebekah Hislop, Shianne Thomas and Denysha Mathias-

Harewood of the University of the Southern Caribbean. The purpose of the research is to

examine the attitudes towards homosexuals based on gender, educational level and the media.

The survey would be conducted during a one day period at the University of the West

Indies, St. Augustine Campus and would take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your

participation in this research project is completely voluntary and you may decline altogether. You

have the right to withdraw from participation at any time without penalty. There are no known

risks to participation beyond those encountered in everyday life. There will be no costs for

participating, nor will you benefit from participating.

Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. We have taken all reasonable
