As one of the leading youth achievement awards the DofE programme offers 14 24 year olds
opportunities to expand their knowledge, skills, physicality and confidence. The Tryst Lifesaving
Club is a recognised provider of opportunities for those participating in the scheme.

Through a range of different club activities participants can complete most of the elements
needed for bronze, silver or gold awards. The advantage of undertaking activities with this club is
that participants will gain knowledge and skills that will save peoples lives.

Below is a matrix of opportunities that exist for all levels of the award scheme drop us a note or
come and see us to learn about the options that exist. A number of our opportunities do not
require any swimming skills so non swimmers can still complete a number of their award sections
with us. Why not develop your swimming skills with us and develop a range of rescue and self
