All and any bank charges will exclusively be to buyers
account.
We give warranty for 12 months from the date of
commissioning or 18 months from the date of dispatch
whichever is earlier. However warranty stands null &
void in case it is found the goods are tampered.
Refer Annexure A for Warranty Policy.
The delivery period will start after receipt of technically
and commercially clear order. The delivery period has
been honoured if notice of the readiness for shipment
has been given. If pre-acceptance must be made, the
pre-acceptance date or, alternatively, our notice of the
readiness for pre-acceptance shall govern timeliness.
If the inspection or shipment is delayed at the
customers request by more than 15 days after notice
of readiness of dispatch is given, storage cost @ 1.5%
per month or part thereof shall be charged of the price
of supplies till the date of delivery.
Moreover, interest @ 1.5% per month or part thereof
will be charged on the balance amount payable to
SRIL.
Our work performance products shall be deemed to
have been accepted two weeks after our notice of
readiness for acceptance unless Customer issues a
written notice of major defect within this period.
The use of the subject of delivery by Customer for
production purpose shall be deemed to be acceptance.

Our balance payment to be released within 10 days of
meeting the acceptance criteria. Non payment will
result in interest charges @1.5% per month or part
thereof till the date of payment.
To be given by the Customer to us on receipt of
supplies after the end of each quarter. If Customer
fails to provide Sales Tax Forms within the requisite
time period, customer will be liable to pay differential
tax of 11.5% alongwith interest @ 14% p.a.

ANNEXURE - A
WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Clause (As per Terms & Conditions)
We accept liability for substantial defects in goods / services furnished by us
(except wear parts) for a period of 12 months from the date of
commissioning, but ending not later than 15th months from the passing of
risk of loss, provided that we are at fault for the defect and that same can be
proved to have arisen prior to the passing of risk of loss (especially as a
result of defective design, materials or workmanship).
In all cases the
warranty starts with the utilization by the User. We shall rectify such defects,
at our sole discretion, either by repair or replacement. To the exclusion of
any further remedies, we shall bear the direct costs of the repair /
replacement part and shipment thereof, not however, any further expenses
such as, e.g., travel expenses, costs of stay, expenses of disassembly and
installation.
