Steps to follow

Install Java 7

Install MySql for Data base

Install Eclipse

Copy and Paste Apache Tomcat in Any one Drive

Set environment variable in My computer Properties with
following steps
Right clickMy computer Advanced Enviroment Variables
in User Variables set the path of JDK and Apache as below by
clicking New button

User Variable
CATALINA_HOME : E:\apache-tomcat-6.0.18
CLASSPATH : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_09\lib;

System Variable
JAVA_HOME : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_01

PATH : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_01\bin;

Configure server for the project in eclipse


Windows->preferences->Runtime Environment Addselect apache
versionBrowse Location of Tomcat pathfinish

JRE
Select default JRE or JDK

Copy the project and paste it in your eclipse workspace


Then import the project to you eclipse
file import existing project into workspace select root directory of
project(workspace of the eclipse) finish

Run the project Right click run on server

While uploading the file it is stored in all the locations

It brings all the files to download

The modified filename changes with the number in front of the


filename

If the admin deletes a file from any location the message can be
dropped by the user or customer

All the locations have same files and same number

If Admin deletes a file by change from any location


User can view it

Here graph shows totally 12 files it is not known by admin

The admin has deleted a file from Bangalore location


Conclusion file is deleted from the bangalore location

The graph displayed in violet shows a file has been deleted

The file deleted can uploaded once again by the user
