Written Report

Tony and Peggy are planning their June 30th wedding. They created a project schedule to plan the wedding within 180 days. The initial schedule exceeded 180 days, so they adjusted activities such as sending save-the-dates earlier. Key activities included looking for venues, reserving vendors, dress shopping, engagement photos, and the rehearsal. The critical path was adjusted to fit within the 180 day limit.
