General Contract Points

Client responsibilities/expectations

New clients or repeat clients with new pets will meet for a consultation/interview
Must provide a way to access the home while gone
Client will not hold Kailyns Pet Sitting responsible for health issues that arise in pet(s) during
services unless directly related to a lack of fulfillment of services promised below (feeding
animals).
Will make full payment, in accordance with current agreed on rates, upon returning home.
This will likely happen during the end of services meeting when clients key is also returned.
Provide all supplies needed (food, treats, bath supplies if requested, etc.)

Kailyns Pet Sitting responsibilities/expectations

Be on time for all services and meetings or call ahead to let know of unforeseen circumstances
causing tardiness (consultation, services, beginning of services meeting, and end of services
meeting).
Fulfill ALL agreed upon services that are written out in the contract and what you can expect.
Return your key(s) during the end of services meeting.
To always respect your pet(s) and your home.
To contact client immediately if a problem were to arise while client is gone. (Or to contact
clients identified vets office first if the problem is immediately life threatening)

documents The Process/What You Can Expect and General Contract Points. I also state that the information
contained in the document Personalized Contract is accurate and complete. I understand I am requesting
services from a 9 year old who is being assisted by her parents to complete the tasks listed above and I do not
hold her or her parents responsible for any unforeseen illness of my pet(s) while I am gone.
By signing I, Kailyn and parents, agree to uphold all terms agreed upon in this contract.
