The tutorial is step by step to teach you how to design this part
using CATIA v5
Select xy plane and click on sketch
Select profile
and point to the origin and draw vertical line.
Then draw arc by clicking on
Then draw a vertical line and draw another arc by clicking on
And draw lines to complete the sketch.
Make arc and line tangency by clicking on
Add dimension to the sketch using
click and add the length of 67.

And complete the following dimensions of sketch to make sketch fully
constrain.
Exit from the sketch plane using

and select your sketch that you made in the previous step.
Follow the pad definition as seen below (note: the profile surface (sketch.2

Make a plane offset from XY plane
as shown below
Make sure the plane in the positive Z direction, otherwise click on reverse
direction.
Choose the plane you made and click on sketch
Draw a circle
of diameter 25 and make the center coincides with the

Change the dimension to 22 then press ok.

Select this face and click on sketch
Sketch a rectangular with following dimension.

press ok.
and make sure the direction. Change the dimension to 2 then

Do the following sketch and make pad 25.
Select this face and click on sketch
Make this two circles and do this constrains:
Then, make two lines tangency with outer circle and make end-point for
every line confidence with horizontal line in the part.
Make sure two lines are vertical.
Trim this arc.
Then make pad with dimension 10.
The part is now look like this

Select face 1 and click on sketch
Draw a circle of diameter 13mm. Hold CTRL and select the circle and the
circular edge shown in the previous figure, then click
concentricity.

Exit the sketch by clicking on

Repeat the same steps to the other faces. Note that the pocket in all faces is
up to last except faces 3 is up to next.
