2. Identify the how caterpillar become butterfly.

Class: KG 2
5 years old.
Number of students: 22 students
Materials and resources:
Story book - flashcards plastic
of fruits chocolates and candy.

3. Recognize the new vocabularies


Time

Reading the story (20 minutes)

2 minutes

Introduce the story, I will ask children about the cover page of the story. These questions are: what
can you see in the picture? How many legs dose the caterpillar have? What do you think the story is
about?

15 minutes

During reading the story, when I will read the story and ask them questions. Also, I will show them a
flashcards of the new vocabulary. I will ask them to repeat the word until they memorize it.

3 minutes

After reading the story, I will ask children a quick question which is: why it is important to eat healthy
food? What will happen if we eat candies?

Time

10 minutes

Activity (10 minutes)


I will divide children into 2 groups (1 group for girls and 1 group for boys) I will give each group 2 boxes and I will
ask them to classify the healthy foods from unhealthy food.
