Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze

I think I did very well because the children understood number 7 and they knew to write
number 7. As well, I used the small activity for them.
Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.
Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
I think the problem it was I didnt give for them the clear instructions because in small
activity some of them didnt understood what should do in small activity.
Personal focus for next lesson:
The next lesson I should creating an exciting childrens processing like mystery box.
