Judicial Branch: The judicial branch of government consists of the court system.
The Supreme Court is the highest
court and the most powerful. The courts interpret the Constitution and decide what is right or wrong based on its
provisions and amendments. The courts decide arguments about what different laws mean, how and when they are
applied and if they break violate the Constitution. The president selects the members of the Supreme Court and then
Congress approves them. Its powers include interpreting the Constitution, reviewing laws, and deciding cases
