Materials used are as per the approved delivery inspection (MIR)

Check installation of air temination network which composed of but not


limited to the following: Air Terminal, Copper Tape, Down Conductor, etc.
is carried-out as per the approved shop drawing and methodology

Check air terminals and copper tapes are securely anchored and
clamped at proper intervals

Check tightness of bonding between the roof & down conductors and test
link

Check all exposed equipments and metal /steel works in the roof are
securely bonded to the air termination network

Check installation of earth temination network which composed of but not


limited to the following: Test Link, Earth Rod, Earth Pit, Main Earth Loop,
etc. is carried-out as per the approved shop drawing and methodology

Check test link location is in accessible position for isolation/


disconnection of the air termination network and enable testing of the
earth termination network

Check arth rods are driven in the approved location and are provided
with earth pit to allow access for bonding of main earth loop and LPS
earth lead to the earth rod

Check tightness of bonding between the earth rod, main earth loop, LPS
earth lead and test link

Check earth pit is provided with appropriate label, engraved "LPS Earth
Below"

Lightning Protection System installation is complete as per project


requirements and is ready for testing and commissioning
