Coordination with head office for Drawing for construction at site.
Coordination with Head office for materials
Three weeks look ahead of construction activities at the site as per the site
requirement , condition and availability of resources
To plan the resources and distribute the resource to achieve the target and
rescheduling based on the site situation.
Dealing with technical aspects during construction phase.
Dealing with administrative aspects during construction phase
Project Billing and extra works approval from client
Overall Co-ordination and Progress Monitoring of Project consisting of Station
Piping Mechanical Works.
Ensure the safety measures at the site during the construction.

Generating Vendor Code in SAP system.
Making Purchase order, work order in SAP and follow up for approval.
Making service entry in SAP system.
Updating the daily progress report, weekly progress report and monthly progress
report
Preparing of minimum construction equipment deployment schedule (MCEDS) as
per the contractual requirement
Project Billing and extra works approval from client
Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent
authority
Preparation of BOQ and Maintaining Bill of material.
Checking and identification of material with respect to release note, Test
certificate and specification etc
