RFP for Four Laning of Mahuva to Kagavadar of NH-8E from Km. 100.110 to Km 139.915 (Design
Chainage from Km 100.450 to km 140.470) (Package-III) in the State of Gujarat on Hybrid
Annuity Mode under NHDP Phase IV.
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and
management of National Highway No. 8E including the section from km 100.110 to Km 139.915 The
Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from km 100.110 to Km 139.915 (design
chainage from km 100.450 to km 140.470) on the Mahuva to Kagavadar section of National Highway
No. 8E (hereinafter called the NH-8E) in the State of Gujarat by Four Laning thereof (the Project)
on design, build, operate and transfer (the DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis, and has
decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the
Project may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on 23.03.2016 (at
11:30 hours IST).
Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, proof of online
payment of cost of bid document, Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement etc. as specified in
Clause 2.11.2 of the RFP shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 23.03.2016 (at
11:00 hours IST). Please note that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the
BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
