Marble Wall Finishes Specification

This document provides specifications for marble wall finishes on different floors of a building. Light cream colored marble panels measuring 300mm x 600mm and 20mm thick will be supplied and fixed on the lift lobby walls of the ground floor, floors 2-7, and floor 8. The marble panels will be separated into rows by 12mm thick horizontal timber inserts of Wall-Nut color. Skirting of the same color timber and 100mm high will also be fixed. A total of 150 square meters of marble panels across the three floors is specified.

Ground Floor

Supply and fixing of 300mm X 600mm marble panels


(20mm thick Natural Marble) of light cream color to
the lift lobby wall. Each 2 rows of marble panels shall
be separated by a 12mm thick horizontal timber insert
(Taukkyan) of Wall-Nut color. As well same color
timber skirting of 100mm high shall be fixed.

2nd Floor to 7th Floor
