a sad letter

Dear VVIPs of INDIA,
Me, not very very important person of MY INDIA, greatly moved by the incidents folding since
past few days, want to write my feelings which would compile more than a bundle of pages, but I know
that as you are not at all interested about this ordinary person at this point of time as you know there is still
more than year of time for your real exams. So I decided to cut it to only few lines. Is it not true that
external devils (terrorists) are using our internal devils (corruption and some persons who are misusing the
power) to do terrorist activities. I know that you will definitely say no, but when you say that more
questions unfold you in the following paragraphs.
As per the statistics in 2009 there are only 130 police persons per 1lac citizens, which means that approx
769 citizens has a cover of only one police person. And this statistics will be worsened if you VVIPs are included in
it, as half of the cops are busy in providing your security. I dont understand one thing, why after the blasts so many
of you are visiting the blast sites as if it is a tourist spot. You are knowingly or unknowingly disturbing the whole
investigation and also causing problem to the citizens. There is one sincere request to you sir/madam dont try to be
a investigating officer we have great minds in department but saddest part is that there wings are often cut , so you
can do a favor for us by just not interfering into their work. Instead of wasting publics money and time by visiting
the effected site you can give a press conference what the people should do from their part.
If I ask you about tracking the culprits you may tell that we have equipment like vigilance cameras around
all places but I request you to please see the quality of those cameras. We can hardly see anything even if the culprit
uses high beam spot light used in movie shooting. Its really sad that when our counterparts use high definition
cameras we are still using these kind of cameras which generally does not work, even if it works they are of no use.
I can bet that the picture quality of these cameras are equivalent or even less than the picture quality taken by china
mobile phone. I know that you will give the reason that we are not having enough budget, but I can assure u that if
you people can keep one quality GREED FOR MONEY which is technically called as corruption out of the mind
we can get more than this HD cameras within our budget.
Ya it is true that many precautions like above will not stop terrorist from doing attacks but it can surely
make it tougher for them, there by reducing the rate of terror attacks. Otherwise there is no difference between the
efforts required by a child to light a diwali bomb to the efforts required by the terrorist to plant a RDX bomb. When
I see pathetic situation of the blast victims one thing is for sure that they does not require your sympathy, they
only require to see that the culprits are punished. I also want you to remind punishment does not mean that
the culprit is treated as guest feeding him BIRYANI in fully AIR CONDITIONED rooms and then give free
ticket to peace by mere hanging him. Punishment means he must undergo same pain before hanging , the
pain which thousands of victims undergo , the pain which comes when bolts, nuts bearings pierce into the
body with more than 300km/hr , the pain which makes the ear buds tear , the pain which is caused to heart
when the victim realizes that he had to run away from the blast site and when he finds that his legs are out of
his sight and seeing this when he cries and want to wipe his tears he realizes that he is not having hands
anymore.
If I continue to write like this then my INK JET will not be sufficient for my budget as I am just a
COMMON MAN OF INDIA. But one thing is for sure we are just like elastic bands , we will tear off if you push
us beyond our patience then you will understand the ABRHAM LINCONs saying DEMOCRACY IS FOR THE
PEOPLE , BY THE PEOPLE AND TO THE PEOPLE, but that will be too late for you.
Sadly Thanking You
Yours faithfully,
COMMON MAN.
