Amount of Estimate: Rs 5
The above said work has been proposed for administrative sanction under SDF grant for
an amount of Rs. 5.00 Lakhs
Hence the proposed estimate is prepared with the following provisions.
1)
Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material of Gravel having 100% soaked
CBR not less than 15% and Plasticity index <6.
2)
Construction of Un-Reinforced plain cement concrete pavement with required thickness, as per des
using 20mm metal 2/3rd, 10mm metal 1/3rd over a prepaired sub base, with 43 grade cement
or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:
maximum in a concrete mixer etc., complete.
3)
Collection and filling of Gravel for shoulders including watering and tamping, cost and conveyance
materials and labour charges etc., complete.
4)
Add LS for other un specified items of works etc., complete.

pre measurements and mixing them and spreading the same with grader
in uniform layers of loose thickness not more than 225mm including
mixing by mix in place method with rotavator to OMC and compacting
with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired density,
complete as per IRC technical specification clause 402(3) (iii) of MORD.

confirming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum
capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in
approved fixed side form work ( steel channel, laying and fixing 125 micron
thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as
per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle
screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including
provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying
debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approches, admixtures
as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days etc., complete.
