CLINIC APP DOCUMENT
HOME PAGE
The home page express with a tabbed page with two views. First one in clinic
and the second is department. Clinic tab view has the list of all clinics with basic details.
And the department tab view shows all the departments and its details.
The Home page has an another option, that is add an appointment. It will
provide by plus button on bottom of screen.
CLINIC DETAIL PAGE
The clinic detail page has a image view of the clinic(It may be the photo of clinic
or something else) and clinic details. Such as contact address, located on, working time
etc..
The clinic detail page has a list of services, that is provide by that clinic. It will
navigate to the service list page.
SERVICE DETAIL PAGE
The service detail page has a image for represent the service and define the
service. In this page has the list of clinics, that service also provided.
DEPARTMENT DETAIL PAGE
The department detail page has a image for represent the department and define
the department. In this page has the list of doctors under that department. The doctors
list have doctor name and basic details.
DOCTOR DETAIL PAGE
The doctor detail page has a image of the doctor and define the doctor details.
APPOINTMENT FORM PAGE
The appointment form page is a form that fill the appointment details. Such as
name, mobile number, message, department, email and when to need appointment. It
will submit with save button.
CALLBACK REQUEST PAGE
The callback request page is a form that fill the callback request details. Such as
name and mobile number. It will submit with submit button.
FEEDBACK FORM PAGE
The feedback form page is a form that fill the feedback details from users. Such
as name, mobile number, comment, department, email, date and rating with stars.
Rating provide upto 5 stars. It will submit with submit button.
PROMO COUPON PAGE
The promo coupon page has a textbox that can fill with the promo coupon code.
In this page has a list of promo coupons and define when it expired.
INSURANCE COMPANY PAGE
The insurance company page has a list of insurance company name and clinic
details.
CONTACT US PAGE
The contact us page has a map view that can locate the office. And in this page
has contact address and feedback, appointment query navigation pages are
implemented.
DOCTORS PROGRAM PAGE
The doctors program page has a list of programs by doctors. Such as videos
and audios. It have defines with who posted this video and its basic details. It navigate
the program detail page.
PROGRAM DETAIL PAGE
The program detail page has the top side shown video/audio small presentation.
When it click it will play on device player or in that small view. In this page have
programs basic details.
LOCATION PAGE
The location page has a map view.
