Create the structure accordingly.
Set the size of the air box to

where

is the

wavelength at 14 GHz.
Assign Master boundary to on x-z plane.
Assign Boundary->Master
Create U-vector in x-direction and V-vector in zdirection. Align the U- and V-vector to position x- and zdirection.
Assign Slave boundary to the opposite side.
Assign Boundary->Slave
Set phase delay 0.
Do the same for y-z plane.

Assign Floquet Port to the top plane.

Assign Excitation->Floquet Port
Define the A and B directions to x- and y-direction,
respectively.
In Mode Setup, select 2 modes. In Mode Calculator, set
frequency to 14 GHz. Check the calculated results. In Post
Processing, set de-embed length to the surface of the substrate.
9. Do the same to the bottom plane.
10. Add solution setup. Set solution frequency to 20 GHz.
Analysis->Add Solution Setup
11. Add Frequency Sweep from 6 GHz to 20 GHz. Step size 0.1.
Setup1->Add Frequency Sweep
Perform the simulation and plot the result.
12. Change the scan angle to
from the Slave Boundary
setting. Perform simulation again to compare.
