SC/OBC Scholarship Application Notice

Urgent-Notice
The SC/OBC students (Punjab Resident)of B. Tech,.- students who are
availing the scholarship whose parents income is less than 2.5 lakhs per
annum(SC)/1 lakh per annum(OBC), should contact the Dean Academics
office for your help for online submission of their applications. Last date for
online submission of application is 30-09-16. Fresh and old students will
bring the latest photograph, Original and photocopy of residence certificate,
caste certificate, current income certificate (i.e. Affidavit by father attested by
the Executive Magistrate/Notary. In case of same by mother, proper
justification supported with necessary documents and reason of mother
giving affidavit should be mention in affidavit. Further in case of fathers
death, copy of death certificate should be attached. If the father /Mother is
working then attach the salary certificate from employer . If father/mother is
pensioner then attach the proof of pension.),bank account no. of the student
along with Bank Name & address of the bank, IFSC number of the bank,
copy of front page of bank pass book ,student Mobile number & e-mail id,
Aadhar card, 10th certificate,10+2 certificate and Diploma certificate(LEET
students) ,DMC/Gazette of previous semesters(Old Students) & Undertaking
by student that he/she has got his/her Aadhar Card linked with bank account
In case of failure of such students in submitting the forms will make the
students liable for depositing the full fee.
Note:1. Students have to maintain minimum attendance of 75% to get the benefit
of Scholarship.
2. No maintenance allowance and fee will be given to the students if he/she
left before the completion of course and scholarship amount will be
recovered from the student if given to him/her of any academic year of the
course.
3. OBC student has to scored minimum 60 % of marks in his/her previous
annual examinations. That is to say 60% marks is a must for a student in
class 10th or 12th or Diploma or Graduation degree with ever is applicable and
thereafter 60% marks in annual examination of relevant course, attach proof.
4. SC/OBC students should collect the format of required affidavit from the
Dean Academic Office.
