Breach of Investment Contract Notice

Dear _____________,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that you are in breach of our duly notarized
contracts titled Short-Term Investment Contract, that we executed last
January 6, 2015, January 23, 2015, and April 8, 2015 in the total amount of
FIFTY THOUSAND (P50,000) PESOS each contact, totaling to ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P150,000.00) PESOS on all three
investment contracts. You have specifically breached each contract as
agreed upon as expressed in the first paragraph of the terms and conditions,
that I, the investor, shall receive P8,000.00 every month in six (6) months
plus other benefits as mentioned in the contract. This amount shall be
received together with the total amount invested of P50,000.00. You are also
duty-bound to pay the interest earned of ten percent (10%) for every two
weeks of delay in releasing the investment.
It has been more than one year since all the contracts were executed and
you were only able to pay TWO (2) MONTHS out of the SIX (6) MONTHS
of the returns of my investments. I demand that, on the receipt of this letter,
you satisfy the amount in full.
If I do not receive payment in full within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from receipt, I
reserve the right to take further legal action as specified in the last
paragraph of our contracts to recover the outstanding obligation without
further notice to you. This letter may be given in evidence in court of your
failure to pay. If it becomes necessary to go to court, I will expect you to pay
the applicable legal interests, filing and attorneys fees, and any other
related costs.
Your immediate attention to this matter will be appreciated.
