case of any misuse or if used for commercial purposes.
* As per TRAI regulation all operators special/discounted rate for SMS is restricted to maximum of 100SMS per day w.e.f. 20th November
2012. It is also applicable on existing plans & packs.
Accuracy of measurement of time: - The call duration is measured with accuracy up to +/- 1 second as per TRAI Regulations.
Call Charges :- Call charges are calculated based on the call units which are calculated by dividing call duration by the pulse rate as
defined in the Tariff Plan.
On the internet data packs Post Free Usage, data charges will be 4p/10KB during the data validity period.

"As per TRAI regulations w.e.f 22nd March '13, Services to any Prepaid Mobile connection will be
deactivated for subscribers with less than Rs.20 balance and if there is no usage i.e. without any
usage (incoming or outgoing voice/video calls, Outgoing SMS, Mobile Internet / Data usage, VAS usage
or purchases with balance) for 90 days.
2.
Prepaid Mobile connections can be reactivated within grace period of 15 days from the date of
deactivation, by making payment of Rs.20.
3.
**In case of commercial use company reserves the right to withdraw the unlimited benefit of the
product from the concerned customer, if his usage behavior matches any of the following criteria
mentioned below :
> 20 hrs of STD calls in a week.
calls made to more than 75 unique numbers in a week.
4.
As per Govt. of India ,Swachh bharat cess tax of 0.5% will be applied on all plans eff. 15-Nov-2015
