All forms and documents should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar of
the Plant Variety Protection Office at the National Seed Quality Control Services
Laboratory, Bureau of Plant Industry, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
The applicant shall be informed of the sufficiency or lack of it of the application
within five working days from the date the application was received.

applicant is advised to consult with the Registrar of the Plant Variety Protection
Office;
