Token Receipt

A token receipt was received for a sum of rupees in cash and through a DD/cheque for advance or earnest money against the transfer or sale of a plot, house, booth, land, builder floor, apartment or shop. The receipt is for a property measuring a certain area situated in a location, which was acquired through an allotment letter or sale deed. The balance amount is to be paid by the proposed purchaser on or before a specified date as per the terms of an agreement to sell dated a particular date.
