Dear Sir/Madam,
In connection with recovery of bank dues, it has become necessary to ascertain the
ownership of the above said Property. Our Enquiries have revealed that the said
property is owned by one of our Guarantor/borrowers in the A/c
Hence we request you to kindly issue the certificate/other documents containing
information about the present ownership/assessment details of the property at the
earliest.
Based on the document received from your office, we shall be filling the necessary
affidavit in the Honble court/DRT. The case is expected to come for hearing shortly.
In view of the same you are requested to provide the requested documents to our
