Full Cold Backup of both database and Application Tier.
Install R12 tech stack using rapidwiz with upgrade option
Upgrade database from 9.2.06 to 10.2.03 using dbua utility.
Note:- Dont use Compile Invalid objects and EM utility
- Change init.ora parmas
- Compile Invlid objects using utlrp scrip
- Run adgrants.sql
- Run autoconfig on both new 10.2.0.3 oracle database and appl.
- Gather schema stats for SYS schema
- Run TUMS utility by applying patch 5120936
- Apply 11i.ATG_PF.H Rollup 6 (patch 5903765) patch
- Apply patch AD Minipack 11i.AD.I (patch 4712852)
- Shutdown Appl. Services
- Enable maint. Mode
- Apply AD minipackR12.AD.A patch 4502962
- Apply Maint. pack 4440000 using adpatch

- Final gold copy of newly upgraded system
