Account & Finance Activities

General Accounting, Book Keeping, Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to
document financial transactions
Verification Trial balance
Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss & Balance
sheet.
Oversee cash, investment, and asset management.
Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements.
Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet
reconciliations.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control
systems.
Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues.
Develop and manage accounting staff.
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors & government body interfaces.
Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems
and function; supervise company's finance staff.
Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting.
Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
Collections & Cash Management

Oversee weekly cash management; Approve weekly payables.
Oversee the Invoicing process, Accounts Receivable management and provide support to
collections activities.
Escalate pending collections report to Management on a Monthly basis and take proactive
action wherever needed
Evaluate, recommend and implement cash investment strategies for efficient cash
management of company funds, and adequate funds are always available to support the
operations.
Planning & Policy

Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
Engage the finance committee of the board of directors to develop short-, medium-, and longterm financial plans.
Remain up to date on Accounting and Audit best practices and state and Indian laws
regarding
operations.
Supplier relations, supply chain related contracts, disputes, etc.
Banking
Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.
Manage relationships with the banking community for the Negotiation of competitive rates/
Limits for company and ensure company maintains within agreed credit limits and other bank
facilities.
Opening of Bank Guarantees. & day to day banking activities,
Reconciliation

Responsible for account reconciliation of each and every account standing in Chart of account
includes, Reconciliation of Banks, Inter Company, Customer, Vendor, branch.
Taxation.

Responsible for payment of all statutory dues include Service Tax, TDS, Vat (Sales Tax), WCT,,
ESIC, EPF, and ensure that there should not be delay.
Responsible for Assessment work for Sale tax & other Govt. Department Activities
Responsible for preparation Tax Audit schedule.

Payable / Receivables

Ensure efficient functioning of Payable, Receivable and Payroll sections.
Time to Time deal with vendors to sort out various issues. Negotiation of various terms &
conditions with Vendors.
Review & comment on various contracts / purchase/work orders received from customers.
Prepare documents in accordance with the requirement of customers & terms of the contract
Follow up with customers for pending payment & reconciliation in case the need be.
Reporting

MIS Reporting on monthly basis
Maintain finance policies and procedures manuals and the Levels of Authority.
Audit
- Ensure internal/external audits are carried out in compliance with agreed audit plans and
prepare company reply to the auditors management letters
Legal Activities

Handel Task of researching and managing file.
Preparation affidavits of corporate & legal Document.
Responsible for Legal Documentation & Coordinate with the Advocate and other kind legal
Activities.

Lead, manage and train the team of Accountants, setting clear objectives to be able to review
