ABSTRACT
The entire world is changing frequently as the
computer and the software oriented systems are
involving everywhere. The Railways are also
quite large management. Here I just try to make
the online railway enquiry system.
HERE A PERSON CAN ENQUIRY ABOUT TRAIN AVAILABLE
B/W TWO STATIONS, SEATS AVAILABLE IN A PARTICULAR
TRAIN,TRAIN FARE, AND CAN ALSO CHECK THEIR PNR
STATUS.
WHAT THE SYSTEM IS?
1)USER FRIENDLY
The system is too user friendly because totally it is
controlled through on-screen visual introduction for
user and information retrieval.
2)Menu driven
The system is fully menu-driven. The user can
select any of the activity by clicking the mouse. The
software are can be operated very easily.
3)Uses various graphics user interface
The application makes uses of GUI features such as
dropdown list, label box, text box, calendar etc.
This help less typing on the part of the user.
4)Minimal number of screen
The front-end design of the package consists of the
minimum no. of screens so that users chances of
being lost will reduce.
5)validation
Software facility validate only at the time of online
data entry on their appropriate fields.
