1 .Executive summary
This project is based on the wedding plan. This project involves the wedding plan of Professor Christines
grandson (groom). Christine wants to make their grandsons wedding to be memorable.
This wedding project is a one month project and this project will end by the 31 Dec 2016. The budget of this
project is almost $45,000. During this project the couple is also going for their honeymoon for two weeks
and therefore we leave the couple on 20 Dec for their honeymoon.
This wedding is well arranged wedding in which 200 guests are invited and no single person is more than
the 200. The reception party will also organize by the sponsors.
The Project manager also plans to hire people who are expert in their field for this wedding within the
budget.

2 .Business objective
2.1 Business need/opportunity/objectives
The main objective of this plan is to successfully complete this wedding for the couple
and to make them memorize with in the given budget and given time. Moreover, the
well-arranged weddings show the status of the family in the society and these things put
good effect on the people and stay with us as a good memory.

2.2 Product Description


The motive of this project is to plan and successfully complete the Professor Christines
grandsons marriage within the given time and budget. In addition to this, the project is
also taking care about the each and every thing happens in the wedding and completes
the needs of the guests. Furthermore, the providing good service to the guests is also the
main aim of this project so that they all enjoy the wedding ceremony and always
remember this wedding.
All the stakeholders working on this project are well organized and all are very
responsible regarding their duties. Project manager assigned the duties to the all team
members so that this project completes at the time successfully.

If the all requirements which mentioned by the professor, he needs on the wedding is
successfully completed at the time and within the assigned budget. Only then the
project is accepted.

2.5 Project constraints

The amount assigned to the wedding plan is $45000.


This is about 1 month plan and ends on the 31 December.
The number of guests is 200 only, not a single person is more.
The number of employees varies.

2.6 Project assumptions


Arrange more food than the people because may be food is less for guests.
Providing good service to the guests may be they feel uncomfortable.
Save some money so that if anything needs during the wedding we can arrange within
the time.
Arrange each and everything more than its capacity, such as cake, flowers, and gifts
may be these all become less.

3 Scope statement:
The scope of this project is arrange the loyal and luxury wedding for the couple so that this
will become the good memory for them. In addition to this, project is also responsible for
providing the all need for the couple such as bride dress, cake, music, arrange dinner for the
guests. Moreover, all these arrangements are done at the time and each and every thing is
well organized.
