COURSE TITLE: Research in Physical Education and Sports
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course will focus on reviewing research topics on
teaching in physical education by reading and synthesizing examples of research for the
development of a research project. The student will identify a research topic pertaining
to their interest and will design a research proposal as a start to their culminating
Masters project or thesis.
COURSE UNIT: 3 units
COURSE DURATION: 3 hours
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Update knowledge and specialize in research in Physical Education and Sports
in areas such as health, training, performance, management, leisure or curricular
education.
To train researchers to enable them to develop innovation and research in the
field of Physical Education and Sports.
