Pak Gulf construction is a construction and a real Estate Company. It has its
main project The Centaurus. The Centaurus is a mixed use real estate
development in the most prime and central location of Islamabad, which has
rapidly taken its shape to be one of the most desirable addresses in Pakistan.
The Centaurus has pioneered the concept of a contemporary modern,

Competitive Strategy.
PGCL have following three main products in the Centaurus project
1- The Centaurus Mall.
2- The Centaurus Residencia.
3- Corporate Tower.
4- Five star hotel.
Since it has only few competitors in Pakistan and have a very different
competitive strategy. The company has a luxury (Differentiation) product
which it sells at competitively higher rates. PGCL have a different strategy for

each of its product.
1- The Centaurus Mall. The Mall is the biggest in Pakistan at the
moment and have around 500,000 sq feet let able area. It has a
strategy not to sell but to lease out all the let able area. The rent is
comparatively high and attract big brands in fact shop is only given
keeping in view the quality and goodwill of the brand, the idea is to
provide customer all the available choices under one roof. The strategy
used here is Differentiation.
2- The Centaurus Residencia. Two out of three towers have luxurious
residential apartments. These apartments are the most expensive
residential apartments in Pakistan. The interior in these apartment is
imported from China, Turkey, Italy and Spain. Each apartment has been
allotted with a separate parking space in the mezzanine floors. The
strategy used here is Focus.
3- Corporate Tower. Corporate Tower is under construction and it is
expected to lease out to multinational corporations.
4- Five star hotel. PGCL is looking forward to build a five star Hotel in
the heart of th city, currently company is looking for an appropriate
franchise and building a team and the Hotel itself to bring something
new to the City.

Ethical Values.
Although PGCL have the main objective to earn profit but PGCL is also
aware of its corporate social responsibility. It has a commitment
towards its customers that it will provide them with the best living and
also is trying to promote the retail sector in the City.

Organization.
It is a private company and is organized by Board of Directors, Board
have equal representation of Tamimi Global and Sardar Builders.
Company has different departments and all are reporting to the CEO. It
is centrally organized because owners are running the Business.
