providing Housekeeping services for corporate organizations and individuals as the
case maybe. The mother company DRAIKLINAS LIMITED was incorporated 3 rd
September 1980. About 6 years ago the company under a new management
commenced provision of Home, Office and Industrial cleaning services and quickly
became one of the sector leader. To further align our services with customer
requirement and expectations, we recently acquired capacity to deliver total Home,
office maintenance and support services to become one of Nigerias leading

Having been involve in cleaning services for years we have come to the

Our Executive Housekeeper is a professional hired to oversee the overall cleanliness
and other ancillary duties of a formal or multi-staffed household. He or she is a trained
and has specialized knowledge in cleaning and caring for fine furnishing, valuables
and artwork. He/she has excellent English skills, a professional demeanor, appearance
etc.

RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND PLACEMENT
We recognize that our service gives us privilege access and as such we are mindful of this
in our selecting process at this level. Although we openly advertise but we do not employ
the Housekeeper providing a credible reference which have been investigated. We also
assess our Housekeepers through people who are referred to us by individuals known to at
least one senior or management staff or through our organizational grapevine.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIRMENTS
A minimum completion of secondary school is usually required but not without a
good command of English Language
A University Degree or College Diploma in Hospital
Management or Business Administration is usually required
Extensive experience as a cleaning supervisor may substitute for formal education
requirements.

Draiklinas Limited Executive HouseKeeper (EHK) specialise in recruiting, training,
placement and supervision of carefully selected operatives to deliver added value to the
working middle, upper class, expatriates, guesthouses and corporate organisations
requiring professional maintenance of the homes. Before they are assign to clients they
undergo intensive training on professional home management to ensure that they can
efficiently and effectively meet domestic cleaning and home equipment like washing
machines, oven, home theatre systems and other sensitive assets.
We are consistently recruiting into our standby pool of Housekeepers. Every Saturday,
refer candidates go through an oral and written as the case maybe. Successful ones are
now handed over to the training officer who takes them through a basic Housekeeping
training course. Successful ones on that level would move on to the next stage of the
course, which is practical training session on site. The ones that are now finally selected
are now transferred into our waiting pool for placement as soon as there is an opening.
We are thus never short of trained Housekeepers,, which position us to respond to our
clients at the shortest possible notice. We maintain at least 10 trained Housekeepers in
our pool at any given time.
