With reference to quotation Dt. 09.03.2011 and personal meeting on Dt.
18.04.2011, We have finalized the contract based on following terms & conditions.
1. 3 Nos forklift will be given by company (GRRPL).
2. You have to operate the forklift as given schedule by company .One forklift for
24 hrs and Two forklift for 12 Hrs./Day.
3. Operation & Maintenance charges for all the forklift are Rs.82500/- Per
month.
4. Diesel , Lub oil and tyres will be provided by company.
5. Operating contract including spare parts costs, auto electrical cost, driver and
mechanic salary.
6. You Have to ensure the continous availability of all forklifts in running
condition . In case of major problem you have to arrange an extra forklift as
replacement and all the expenses for that will be in your account but major
work like engine making or overhauling and Rear Wheel assembly repairing
work company will give a 50% charges of hired forklift for 10 days period
from to work start date and during this period they have to complete the all
work and P the forklift in running condition . After given period contractor
has to bare the 10% cost of rented forklift .
7. If contractor is not able to provide the forklift against major problem or in
break down condition then company will hire the same and rent which is
given for the will be deducted from the monthly bill of contractor.

Maximum 2 hrs will be given to you for restart the forklift in break down
condition .
Afterward the actual hrs for maintenance will be deducted
as payment will be made based on actual working Hours of forklift only.
9. Deduction of Rs. 917/- non working days (Each Forklift). However for these
non working days , we will have to give information 24 Hrs in advance.
10.Due to absenteeism of driver or mechanic forklift will not work. Non working
hrs of the same will not be calculated for payment .
11.You have to utilize the spares which is available with us and amount of
purchased spares will be deducted from your bill.
12.All statuoary compliance like PF, ESIC, and TDS etc will be born by you.
13.No Additional facility will be given to your driver or mechanic .
14.You have to arrange all tools & trackles for maintenance .
15.Only special tools which are provided with forklift will be given to you and
same will be returned in as it is condition at the time of contract completion
or termination .
16.You have to ensure that all forklift will be returns back in working condition at
the time of contract completion or termination .
17.The present rate contract will be applicable from 1 st April 2011 to 31st march
12. Which will be renewed based on your performance.
18.No advance will be given to you during work.
19.You have to maintain daily operation log sheet and it will be dully signed by
user department and payment will be made based on actual operating hrs.
20.GRRPL has to provide the parts likes Break drum, Hydraulic pump, Hydraulic
cylinder , Master cylinder pump, steer cylinder , rear wheel
control
assembly, Boom Cylinder , Master cylinder, Control valve, starter, alternator ,
Steering unit and chain in wear, tear & non repairable condition only.
Contractor has to return the old parts to company against the replacement. If
working parts are damage during any maintenance work than contractor has
to make it in working condition buy own cost by replacing or repairing.
21.This contract can be terminated by either side after giving notice of 48 hrs.
However final payment will be given based on working condition of forklift
hand back to us.
22.During the major maintenance like engine making & overhauling contractor
has to provide a .
23.Actual transportation charges from company to workshop and return will be
paid by company.
