GUIDELINES FOR PTPTN LOAN APPLICATION
Applicant is required to open CIMB Saving Account under students name.
Applicant is required to open SSPN Account (Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional) at
Maybank ONLY. Cost RM20.00.
Applicant is required to obtain PIN No. for PTPTN application at BSN. Cost RM5.00.
Applicant may proceed to online application at [Link]/gateway following the
submission schedule below:

Applicant is advised to check details thoroughly before submission.
Check status of PTPTN online application pre-approval 5 working days from the closing date
of submission.

be informed accordingly in the webspace after the pre-approval is obtained.

KWSP's Education Withdrawal allows members to withdraw their

savings in Second Account to finance their childrens education
in Higher Education Institutions in the country or abroad.

CRITERIA FOR KWSP EDUCATIONAL WITHDRAWAL

Malaysian citizens.
Age below 55 years old.
Have savings in the Second Account.
Applicants children have registered for academic / professional / skills / vocational
institutions permitted.
Applicants children must be enrolled for the Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor,
Master, Doctoral or equivalent.
Applicants are eligible to make a withdrawal if their children have not received any
sponsorship or are partially sponsored by any party.

CRITERIA FOR LZS EDUCATIONAL FUNDING

Muslim.
Malaysian citizens.
Born and live in Selangor or have resided or reside permanently in the state for at
least 3 (THREE) years.
Income less or does not reach adequate limits (Had Kifayah).
Do not receive any assistance from any party or have already received financial
assistance but insufficient.

LZS EDUCATIONAL FUNDING APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The application form must be completed in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Each application must be made in the name of the applicant's family or heirs for applicants
who are still in the liability.

GUIDELINES FOR KWSP EDUCATION WITHDRAWAL

Applications can be submitted to any KWSP branches either via counter or by post.
SUBMISSION AT THE COUNTER
Please bring along ALL original documents for verification purposes by the KWSP Officer.
However, if the documents have been verified, please attach a copy of the documents
certified by an officer authorized by KWSP, complete with signature, name, designation, and
an official stamp.

The main documents as described must be attached for each application:

- A copy of the applicant's identity card (IC).
- A copy of IC / birth certificate for all dependents.
- A copy of the divorce documents / death certificate of husband / wife (if applicable).
- A copy of the income statements such as salary, pension etc.
- Other documents related to the application (according to the type of assistance).
Only the application form duly completed and signed by the applicant and approved by
officials from grade A will be considered and listed.

SUBMISSION BY MAIL
Please ensure that ALL documents have been verified by an officer authorized by KWSP,
complete with signature, name, designation and an official stamp.
Applications by mail should be addressed to KWSP headquarter.
