We, the undersigned BS Chemical Engineering students are requesting your good
office to allow extension of Add Matriculation until Tuesday, August 25, 2015, for
we are still waiting for our grade in ChE 152 (Transport Processes) to be submitted
on Friday, August 21, 2015 which is a prerequisite for higher major subjects. And
also for the following reasons.
1. We have underload units
2. To add-mat higher major subjects which are ChE 153 (Heat Transfer), ChE
154 (Mass Transfer), and ChE 155 (Momentum Transfer I)
3. To be a regular fourth year student, and
4. For us to be able to have our practicum on Summer SY 2015-2016
The delay of the submission of our grades is because of the fact that we have just
taken our removal examination last Saturday, August 15, 2015 and Monday, August
17, 2015.
