IF YOU ARE...
YOU ARE LOST!
I could not believe it the
first time I heard this, but
it is true.
Two biggest lies that men
insist on believing are:
1. That anyone can be good
enough to get into heaven:
This is the basis of all religions
except the Bible
Truth: No one is good enough
2. What's worse is to believe that
one's good deeds will "out weigh"
one's bad deeds.
Truth: "Good deeds" have no
power to erase or replace our sins

God's Purpose
"... All things were created through
Him and for Him." (Col. 1:16)
Abundant life
"I have come that they may have life,
and that they may have it more
abundantly." (Jn. 10:10)
Eternal life
"And this is eternal life, that they may
know You, the only true God, and Jesus
Christ whom You have sent." (Jn. 17:3)
What prevents us from
experiencing this
fellowship with God?
OUR sins separate us from God
Man sinned and chose to go his own independent way
and his relationship with God was broken
This is what it
means to be
lost:

Without exception all are guilty

SINS cannot be removed by
GOOD DEEDS
God is holy and we are sinful, thus separated from Him.
Man tries to reach God through his own efforts (good works,
religion, etc.), but they all fall short of God's perfection

Jesus paid the price for our sins
when He died and rose again
No one else can help but the God who became a Man: Jesus

The only solution was for Jesus to take our sin on Himself, then
God poured out His wrath on Him on the cross in our place

trusted God's provision

EVERYONE who trusts in Jesus
Alone has ETERNAL LIFE Now
Since we cannot be perfect enough, and God is gracious
enough to offer salvation from sin fully and freely,
there remains only one response:

on the cross was full punishment for all my sins.
I believe you rose from the grave to become the
Savior of the world.
Now I repent of my sins and commit to trust
you as MY personal Savior forever. Thank you for
so great a salvation, and now teach me how to
walk with you each day in obedience.
Thank you Jesus for saving me...
