Maharashtra Congress-NCP Seat Dispute

One person was killed and two injured after police opened fire on a delegation led by a former MLA in Dhule, Maharashtra that had turned violent. The delegation, representing the Koli community, was upset that the collector was not present to receive their memorandum on community demands. After a heated exchange with the resident collector, delegation members broke office furniture. The police inspector then fired shots in the air to control the situation.
