Professional Career Summary

I am a professional Metallurgical Engineer having more than 10 Years
of versatile experience in Construction field in different disciplines like
QA/QC, Execution and HSE. I have worked at different positions in
different reputable organizations; currently working as Sr. Mechanical
and Welding Inspector with SAUDI ARAMCO. Also I have worked as
Quality Supervisor (A) and currently working as Quality Team
Leader at HAWTAH MP Projects. More over I have worked as Area Incharge at Pearl GTL Project Qatar, leading role for Construction of
Utilities Tanks (EPC Project), In charge, for Construction of Oily Water
Retention Tanks Project at RAS GAS (EPC Project). My working
experience includes Oil and Gas Sector, construction of Fertilizer Plants
and infrastructural projects (MEP Projects). I am ISO 9001:2008
certified IRCA lead auditor along with CSWIP-3.1 Certified Welding
inspector, API 653 certified above ground storage Tank Inspector and
API 570, Certified Piping Inspector. I am well versed with international
Codes including but not limited to ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, IPC, and
NFPA etc.
While working as Area In-Charge for EPC Projects, I was overall
responsible for Procurement and Engineering/design follow up and
Construction of Tanks, piping and installation of relevant equipments.
My responsibilities were included to participate in weekly and monthly
construction meetings with clients, handling of construction activities
which were included fabrication and installation of Tanks, Utility Piping,
coordination with different disciplines like Civil, E&I etc. to have smooth
work flow, monitoring of Sub contractors work progress, follow up with
supporting disciplines including quality, safety, commercials,
scaffolding, Equipment and Engineering to resolve day to day issues.

I have working experience in Inspection of welding, piping, Tanks Inspection

and Testing, Structural Works plumbing, HVAC System as Quality Assurance
and Quality Control Inspection representative.
I have more than 08 Years of inspection experience as Welding inspector for
Piping, Pipeline, Storage Tanks and Structural Works. Especially in Piping I
have deal Process Piping as per ASME B31.3 and ASME IX, Oil and Gas
pipelines as per ASME B31.4 and B31.8 and API 1104, also I am a certified API
570 Piping Inspector. During API Tanks Construction, Construction and
inspection activities were carried out as per requirement of API 650 and for
repair, alterations and reconstruction of API tanks, I have sound knowledge of
API 653 with relevant other codes and standards as a certified above ground
storage tank inspector. On infrastructural projects, Plumbing and HVAC
system inspections were also part of my professional experience as per
applicable standards and specifications . I have very good working

experience for high pressure non metallic piping installation and

testing like Reinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR-Piping) and
Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP), used for water injection laterals
and Flow lines for oil wells.
