Guidelines:
Each work permit application is valid for repair/servicing work carried out over 5 calendar days from the date of commencement
of work. Tenants are required to apply for additional work permits if the repair/servicing work requires more than 5 calendar
days to complete.
The duly completed Work permit form may be sent personally to Security office or e-mailed to [email protected].
The cut off time for submission of Work permit applications is 4pm the day before commencement of work. Late applications
shall be deemed invalid.
If no work permit application is received by Security the contractor at Loading bay will be denied entry into GTower.
For immediate repairs, tenants may directly submit the completed Work Permit form to Security office at ground floor. Once the
work permit is obtained, the tenant is to proceed to the Loading bay and escort the contractor(s) to the office via the service lift.
