Regulatory
FOOD APPROVAL:
POLYBATCH ABACT 420 L is made only from FDA recognized raw materials. Detailed information is available upon request.
EPA:
Under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), companies cannot make or infer public health claims related to pesticides for
any plastic article unless the article has been approved and registered (licensed) by the EPA, or is covered by the Treated Articles Exemption (TAE)
described in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR), part 152.25 (a) and described in Pesticide Registration (PR) Notice 2000-1. The TAE
provides exemption from all requirements of FIFRA for qualifying articles or substances treated with, or containing a pesticide, if both of the following
conditions are met:
1. The incorporated pesticide is EPA registered for use in the article
2. The sole purpose of the treatment is to protect the article itself.
The TAE provides examples of acceptable and unacceptable language that can be used in marketing or labeling the treated article. It is the
responsibility of the end user to understand the restrictions and guidelines set forth under FIFRA, 40 CFR 152.25 (a), and PR Notice 2000-1.
Packaging & Storage

maximum of 12 months at 25C for optimum performance. POLYBATCH ABACT 420 L is hygroscopic so any opened and unused packages should be
resealed thoroughly.
